24-hour Organic Fertilizer Food and Plant Waste Recycling Plant
Due to the growing waste problem in communities, BioAxel Co., Ltd. has developed a comprehensive system for processing food and plant waste. This system is designed to sustainably and effectively manage organic waste and weeds, such as water hyacinth, in large communities. It is the result of research and development by Thai researchers and engineers.
In addition to eliminating organic waste, a major source of pollution, the system also produces organic fertilizer within just 24 hours.

Organic Fertilizer Food Waste and Weed (Water Hyacinth) Recycling Plant, 20 metric tons per day model recycling plant
Organic Fertilizer Food Waste and Weed (Water Hyacinth) Recycling Plant is a joint effort to withstand food waste of Rangsit City Municipality and BioAxel Co., Ltd., with the recycling rate of 20 metric tons per day and output organic fertilizer up to 40% of the input weight.
From the process of converting food and plant waste, the resulting by-products, such as bio-fermentation liquid and organic soil, can be further developed into new products. Our research team, in collaboration with Prince of Songkla University and Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, Nan, has created new products from these raw materials, such as cleaning solutions, organic fertilizers, animal feed, and many more, to maximize their value and benefits.
The model plant is located at BioAxel Co., Ltd., (maintainance plant) Eastern Waste Transfer Stataion, Khlong Song, Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani
